Shrimp Sunomono Salad

Metric Imperial Ingredients
100 gr 3.5 oz 91/120 Ocean Mama Cooked Shrimp
100 ml

30 ml

7 tbsp

2 tbsp

Rice wine vinegar


30 ml 2 tbsp Sugar
15 ml 1 tbsp Pickled ginger
250 gr 9 oz Thin rice noodle
1 1 Lemon, sliced
1 1 Baby cucumber, sliced
2 2 Green onions, slice




Bring water to a boil and put in noodles, Stir noodles for 3-4 minutes until cooked . Drain the noodles in a colander and cool under running cold water, drain as much water off you can. Mix rice wine vinegar, mirin, pickled ginger and sugar together.

Add to cooked rice and marinate for 1 hour.

Mix cooked noodles, marinate, shrimp, sliced cucumber, green onions. Garnish with lemon slice and serve
